CSV Format

Comma Separated Values (CSV) format, is widely used by big data mills, as it simplifies processing data given there is no rich formatting, only data, and data markers.

Excel Format

XLS (Microsoft Excel) format, is mostly used by end-users (people who consume the list for themselves, usually not in order to pass it on to a 3rd party for processing). The format is binary, which means you must have an application that can open an Excel Spreadsheet.

Text Format

This is yet another format preferred by large data processors, as it is simple text in nature. However, it is uniformly formatted, as opposed to the CSV format.

Rich Text Format

This format is binary as well. It requires an application that can handle richly formatted text, such as the “wordpad” application which comes preinstalled with Windows computers, or “TextEdit” on Apple Computers.

Galley Format

This list format is useful mainly for purposes of sales & telemarketing. It allows easily viewing the information of each lead and if need be assigning or tasking it to a person, almost as a “to-do” list. It is served in PDF format.

Fax Format

This format is exclusively available as a facsimile transmitted delivery. While the sample is available in PDF format for download purpose, if you choose this format for delivery upon signing up, it will be faxed to the fax number which you provide us, each week (or per your delivery frequency).

Pre-Printed (Continuous) Labels

Pre-printed labels are labels laid out on continuous paper sheets, folded neatly and mailed to you via USPS mail once your service begins.
This format is the most widely used format among our small to medium business customers. It is a favorite due to its ease of use. Each week (or per your frequency of delivery) you will receive a package via mail containing labels on which we already printed your custom curated leads information; one label per lead.

For purpose of downloading a sample, it is provided as a PDF which shows a scanned copy of a real printed label batch.

Self-Printed (Avery 5160) Labels

This format is also a favorite among our customers, specifically those who take their Direct Mail Marketing seriously; In contrast to the Pri-Printed Labels, where one has to wait for the USPS to deliver their package (about 3-6 business days across the nation, depending on your location), the self-printed format is delivered to you via e-mail the same day we curate your list. You print it on labels sheets in your home printer.
Why does it matter? Because in targeted, life-event marketing, you are trying to reach the right person at the right time. Every day counts, as the prospect is forming their buying habits, so most times, they will pick you if your offer is the first one they see.
