                       or other States (“Applicable Laws”). Rather, the only data we obtain, and sell, is information lawfully made available to the

                       public from federal, state or local government records or from widely distributed media. Such data is not personal information as

                      defined in the Applicable Laws. Accordingly, we do not have any data which is required to be deleted.
